Emergency Roadside Lockout Assistance
At Roadside, we get more out-of-network calls from dispatchers for our lockout service than any or all of the other services we offer combined. Because of this, we have designed a fee schedule to allow dispatchers to calculate their fee for our lockout service without having to call. While we certainly welcome calls, we understand how valuable time is for busy dispatchers and therefore, we hope this is helpful. These fees apply to most light and medium duty vehicles (not heavy duty). Please call Gigi or John for an ETA and/or quote if needed.

$2.00 per mile after 15
$25.00 GOA
$20.00 Cancellation
No deadhead fees on jobs 80 miles or less.
